Buyer tool / Multi-location planning
One view of the portfolio.
A separate decision for each meter.
Start with account groups, then identify the dates and records your procurement team still needs.
Use groups of accounts with the same commodity and end date. Do not enter names, addresses or account numbers.
1 commodities; 0 distinct entered end dates. 1 groups still need an end date.
Procurement readiness
0 of 5 preparation checks complete. Groups do not establish eligibility for aggregation or supplier volume discounts. This tab does not store or transmit your inputs.
Central coordination does not mean one universal rate
Utilities, tariffs, suppliers, load profiles and enrollment rules differ across locations. A master agreement may simplify administration, but its schedules still need to identify what each meter is buying and which exclusions apply. Separate electricity from gas and avoid combining unlike price units.
Do not force every renewal into one date
Co-terminating accounts can be useful, but a short bridge term, termination payment or unfavorable start month can outweigh administrative convenience. Compare the cost and obligations of the transition before aligning dates. Keep a fallback for sites that cannot enroll with the preferred supplier.
Build the private account register outside this tool
Your actual register should include legal entity, utility account reference, meter identifier, service address, tariff, supplier, end date, notice requirements and signer. This tool deliberately collects none of those identifiers. It is a planning sheet, not an account repository or procurement authorization.
Use the procurement playbook and calculate renewal checkpoints for individual contracts.
